When I found Iyenger yoga, with the support I got from my first teachers Nikki Costello and Lara Warren, I got home and fell in love with the Iyengar yoga method right away. In the last few years, I have been studying with Lois Steinberg, who is my mentor, and I got my Level 1 + Level 2 Iyengar Yoga Certification (CIYT).
In early 2022 I got pregnant with my first baby, and I was lucky to have Lois Steinberg guiding me before I got pregnant and while I was pregnant. I experienced and realized the amazing effect Iyengar yoga has, especially while I was pregnant, and the daily practice helped me during my pregnancy, at my birth, and after my birth.
In 2025, during my second pregnancy, the practice became even more essential. While caring for my toddler and navigating the demands of daily life, Iyengar yoga supported me both physically and emotionally. It helped relieve strain on my body, and I was pain-free during the pregnancy thanks to the practice. This consistent practice supported me through a positive birth experience and a smooth, healthy recovery.
This journey inspired me to create this course, where I share the tools, practices, and insights that supported me, so you can feel strong, supported, and connected throughout your own pregnancy.
