When I found Iyenger yoga, with the support I got from my first teachers Nikki Costello and Lara Warren, I got home and fall in love with Iyengar yoga method right away. In the last few years I am studying with Lois Steinberg that is my mentor and I got my Level 1 Iyengar Yoga Certification (CIYT).
In early 2022 I got pregnant with my first baby and I was lucky to have Lois Steinberg guiding me before I got pregnant and while I was pregnant. I experience and realized the amazing effect Iyengar yoga has especially while I was pregnant, and the daily practice helped me during my pregnancy, at my birth, and after my birth. and I am excited to share this with you in this course
